KXTICK ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered omnichannel customer communication operating system built on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and safeguard data when you use our platform at https://kxtick.com, https://app.kxtick.com, and associated API endpoints at https://api.kxtick.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Profile Information: Name, business email, organization name, role, encrypted credentials, and contact details.
• WhatsApp & Social Media Data: Messages, media files, contact phone numbers, webhook payloads, and delivery timestamps transmitted via the official Meta Graph API v19.0+.
• AI & Knowledge Base Content: Documents, FAQs, product catalogs, and manuals explicitly uploaded by your organization to train your AI Copilot agents.
• Billing & Usage Data: Wallet balances, transaction history, message counts, and API token consumption logs.

3. Data Security & AES Encryption

All sensitive credentials, third-party API tokens, and Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption across all domains. Database instances are isolated by organization tenant ID to enforce strict data separation.

4. WhatsApp Cloud API & Meta Platform Compliance

KXTICK complies strictly with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell, rent, or monetize end-customer conversation data. Data received via webhooks is retained solely for processing customer service inquiries and auditing logs per your account retention configuration.
