1. Free 14-Day Trial Period
KXTICK offers a 14-day free trial on selected subscription plans. No credit card is required to initiate trial evaluation. You may test all core features, AI knowledge bases, and team inbox workflows risk-free.
2. Subscription Billing Cycles & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier. You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through the Organization Settings dashboard in https://app.kxtick.com/settings. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
3. Embedded Wallet Top-Ups & Message Usage
WhatsApp Cloud API message charges and third-party AI compute costs are deducted incrementally from your organization's prepaid wallet balance. Wallet funds deposited for message delivery are non-refundable once consumed for verified API deliveries. Unused wallet balances remain active as long as your workspace account is in good standing.
4. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
If you encounter documented technical service failure or billing discrepancies caused by platform errors, submit a ticket within 30 days to billing@kxtick.com. Our finance team will review the transaction ledger and issue prompt credit adjustments or refunds where applicable.
